Rachel Ebert

Dietitian

Rachel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Masters of Dietetics with experience in hospital, community, and food service settings. She is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition care that is practical, sustainable, and tailored to each individual.

Her areas of interest include: chronic disease management (diabetes, heart health, gastrointestinal conditions), weight management and lifestyle change, nutrition support for older adults, general healthy eating and meal planning.

Rachel takes a patient-centred, supportive approach to her work, focusing on building realistic strategies that empower clients to achieve their goals.

Outside of work and food Rachel loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoying exercise through netball and Pilates.
